Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer 30 days to initiate returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your package. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1.  To start a return, please contact us via email at ArtFlowPlan@outlook.com. within 30 days of delivery to request the return authorization.
  2.  Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank’s processing speed. Therefore, it may take additional time for the funds to reach your account after we process the refund.
  3.  Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.

Before sending your return, please contact us via email to confirm the details of the return and ensure the process is smooth. If you accidentally sent the wrong item, please notify us immediately. Please note, we cannot guarantee the retrieval of incorrect items and no compensation will be provided for wrong items sent to Artflowplan.

 

Important Notice Regarding Electronic Gift Cards
To ensure that your recipient receives your gift instantly, our electronic gift cards are automatically delivered via email immediately after successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products with instant delivery, and in order to protect card security and prevent misuse, all electronic gift card purchases are final. Once issued, electronic gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Before completing your purchase, please make sure to:
  • Carefully verify the recipient’s email address.
  • Confirm that you have selected the correct gift card value.
